Twain is an elementary school located in the Braeswood neighborhood. It is a public, zoned, elementary school in Houston ISD. It is an accredited International Baccalaureate World School and offers students a Dual Language Program. The school, named for American humorist and author, Mark Twain, opened in 2006 on the site of the original 1950 campus.
