Beth Yeshurun Day School is located in the Meyerland neighborhood, just inside Loop-610. The oldest Jewish school in Houston, it was founded in 1949 and is affiliated with Congregation Beth Yesherun. The private, religious school serves students in PreK through fifth grade offering a comprehensive secular and religious education. The school offers a strong academic curriculum, along with Judaic Studies. Its goal is to give students mastery and confidence in their academic studies and social skills.
